Who we are

This website is operated by aigencia, an AI automation studio based in Berlin, Germany. Operator details are provided in the Imprint.

What data we collect

This is a static informational website. We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking. The only personal data processed is:

Server access logs — your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamp are recorded by our hosting provider (Netlify) for the standard operational purpose of serving the website and security monitoring. Logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for marketing or analytics.
Email correspondence — if you contact us at hello@aigencia.eu, we will process your message and email address to respond. We do not add your address to any list and do not share it with third parties.

Legal basis

Processing of server logs is based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in operating a functional and secure website. Processing of email correspondence is based on the necessity for the performance of pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in responding (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Third-party services

Our website uses fonts loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). When you visit, your browser fetches font files from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
